GIRLS JUST WANNA HAVE SPA
11th February 2016
If you’re anything like me, your typical vacation preparation checklist includes a manicure and pedicure as well as some sort of easy hair-care routine to take you through the week or so that you’ll be away from your regular stylist.
Many hotels do not have a spa and, when they do, most of us are not adventurous enough to try them out while we are on holiday, except for the occasional massage.
Luckily for you, Curtain Bluff is not “most hotels.” Thanks to its award-winning spa and professionally trained team of aestheticians, you can safely come on vacation with dodgy nails and messy hair and return home with a great tan, a full set of gel nails (toxin free) and a fresh blowout!
Here are a few more reasons why The Spa at Curtain Bluff is the answer to all your holiday grooming needs:
1) THE LOCATION:
Nothing gets you to relax faster than the feeling of absolute freedom! At this spa you can enjoy expansive views, cool Caribbean breezes, and bubbly glasses of Champagne mimosas, all set against the backdrop of the breathtaking bluff and the sounds of waves crashing below!
The spa is located on the bluff – well removed from the guest suites and the beach; so your spa treatments will be as quiet and serene as you would want. The private plunge pool and lounge areas are reserved for spa appointments, so being at the spa is like booking your own mini vacation – while on vacation! Our tranquil spaces allow you to nourish your mind and body and emerge entirely re-energized.
What could be more luxurious than that?
2) THE PACKAGES
The spa covers over 5,000-square-feet, so it can accommodate small groups just as comfortably as individual guests, without them ever bumping into each other. In the upper lounge there is an incredible plunge pool with an infinity edge – the perfect spot for sunbathing or watching the sunset.
Nothing is cookie-cutter here. Curtain Bluff is happy to tailor a spa package to your exact needs, or the needs of your mother, daughter, partner, or you and your girlfriends.
Spend the entire day together, or pop in for a quick service after a game of tennis.
If you’re planning a destination wedding and want a spa with salon that can accommodate your bridal party – then the spa at Curtain Bluff is perfect for you! Our services include in-room aromatherapy, acupuncture, and a not-to-be-missed caviar-and-Champagne massage as well as a full-service salon.
The spa is, quite simply, a welcome haven of relaxation, the best space for all your body needs.
3) THE SALON
Let’s talk hair, nails and makeup!
The spa at Curtain Bluff carries Paul Mitchell and Jessica / Geleration for manicures and pedicures.
In addition to qualified massage therapists, the spa operates with two qualified hairdressers (who are also qualified barbers). Babs, for example, has 15 years of experience, she is qualified in cosmetology and is often requested for blowouts and colors. Also on staff is a New York-licensed cosmetologist and makeup artist. The whole team is led by Spa Manager Gilly who has 27 years of experience as a cosmetologist and makeup artist.
The spa also has three certified nail techs and three certified makeup artists who use MAC cosmetic products.
Curtain Bluff is currently offering a “Girls Just Wanna Have Spa” girlfriend’s getaway package
